THUMP is a groovy and at times raucous duet for either bass trombone (or euphonium) and tuba, or for 2 tubas. THUMP is full of head-nod inducing grooves and low register licks that is as fun to play as it is to listen to. The accompaniment track features wonky saxophone loops layered over the top of a boom bap inspired drum track that is best heard in a recital hall, large performance space, or anywhere with plenty of live sound reinforcement.
