I typically do exercises 1-9 once or twice a week on days when I don't have any rehearsals or performances.
I usually pair these exercises with buzzing scales with drones.
Pay close attention to intonation during these exercises and strive to make the best and most relaxed sound you can on the mouthpiece and on the horn.
